Tvornica Snova, a beloved Croatian brand specializing in personalized books for families and children, approached us with a goal that extended beyond ordinary expectations. They wanted to elevate their AD & creative performance, with key metrics in focus:
- Click Through Rates (CTR)
- Cost per Action (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Improve AD Performance and Scale the Brand.
The complexity lay in improving overall Brand Communication while enhancing communication architecture, all within a constrained budget and schedule. Despite the brand’s emotive core, we needed to dive into data, understanding customer pain points and crafting solutions.
We opted for a series of Sprints and High Impact Tests, employing Cumulative Binomial Probability Distribution. This innovative approach allowed us to build confidence with iterative learning from each test.

Our dual testing strategy (Traffic Campaign Objective VS Purchase Campaign Objective) initially favored the Traffic Campaigns, but as the algorithm learned, the Purchase Objective Campaign gained traction, outperforming the Traffic Campaign.
We tested a Traffic Campaign Objective VS Purchase Campaign Objective on Prospecting Audiences.
The Campaigns start of with the Traffic Campains outperforming the Purchase Campaign.
But once the algorithm learns, we see the Purchase Objective Campaign gain traction and starts to outperform the Traffic Campaign.
The overall goal is reached, we have a scalable and profitable New Customer Acquisition Campaign, with a Brand New Product.
Through the adept use of Facebook and Google, we achieved:
